In resort areas, where rental housing terms may be intense seasonal demand, rental prices do have a heavy seasonal component. There is a great deal of seasonal price adjustment in rental housing and residential apartments. Renting accommodations in Ocean Dream Properties during Summer and Winter seasons will typically cost you more than during off-season, simply because demand is much higher. Same for short term rentals of beach front Ocean Dream Properties Condos during the winter. And the apartment can't cost equally for example in July-August just like September-October. Seasonal price fluctuations will be a major determinant components of the price... So, these price situations are created by seasonal demands, where price is heavily influenced by demand we would like to make corrections based on the element of seasonality:

• Low Season: (Apr -May ; Sep - Nov) 

• High Season: (Dec - Mar; Jun -Aug ) 

• Holiday Season: (1 week in Apr-Semana Santa; Dec 20-Jan 08) 

Ocean Dream Properties provide our guests with a full array of customized services to enhance your visit with us. Owners Ocean Dream Properties live here and are available onsite. Our Ocean Dream Properties are privately owned and located in good quality residential areas. Clients who choose to rent one of our condos are embarking on a self-catering condo vacation and should understand that they will not be staying in a hotel style environment. Most apartments are used by their owners either as main or second home. The area is quite and provide confortable living conditions. Adjoining condos will in most cases be occupied by full time residents and we ask that you to respect their privacy.

If you have any special wishes or need general information about Cabarete, restaurants or directions, etc, we are here to assist you. Included in the booking:

• Personalised welcome greeting by the Ocean Dream Properties representative

• Complimentary snack basket, coffee and 5-gallon water in the apartment, upon arrival

• weekly condo cleaning is included in the rental price

• Laundry once a week

• Electricity, Water, security service and Gas costs

 

Arrival and Departure:

• Check-in time is not before 2.00pm and we ask you to leave by 11.00am on the morning of departure. Please confirm earlier check in and later check out if necessary with our local rental office

• The apartment are for rent for a minimum stay of 3 nights and up to 6 months (renewable)

• Copy of passport required for the booking

• Payment : 50% at reservation and 50% to be paid upon arrival : A non refundable deposit of 50% is due when your reservation is confirmed. Payment is due by wire transfer. Once payment has been received you are agreeing to all Ocean Dream Condominium Rules and Policies. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival by Wire transfer, or in cash upon arrival

• A refundable damage deposit of $500 USD minimum must be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure provided that all personal and real property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the rental agreement are met.

• Transportation at the airport on comfortable SUV, pick up upon arrival and for departure

• from/to International Airport Puerto Plata (POP): 40 US each way (up to 5 pers)

• from/to International Airport Santiago (STI): 140 US each way (up to 5 pers)

​Ocean Dream Condominium Rules and Policies:

Ocean Dream is a private residence, not a hotel. Most condos are occupied by their owners creating a quiet, enjoyable and very secure place to live. Please help us to maintain this peaceful environment by respecting the condominium rules. In order to maintain the quality of life, we invite you to respect a few rules of conviviality.

• No pets are allowed in the premises of the residence.

• Avoid excessive noise, especially at night.

• Avoid inviting people which attitude is contrary to accepted standards of behavior.

• Drug usage and prostitution are strictly forbidden.

• Should you have a car, please use only the parking places.

• In order to respect local customs, it is recommended not to go topless on the beach or at the pool.

 

Security:

Ocean Dream provides full time 24 hour security personnel to ensure the safety and well being of all guests and residents. At check in you will receive your security renter card. Please carry the security card with you as this card is necessary to enter the property. Security passes will be issued only to the renters. All security cards and keys must be returned at check out. There is a $40.00 USD charge for lost security cards and/or keys. The security personnel may at any time request anybody to present his / her security card, be it at the entrance or inside the development.

 

Guests of Tenants:

Any guests MUST be accompanied by the tenant only and always. All guests need to leave their ID with the security guard during time of visit. When tenant's guests want to leave, tenant needs to accompany them to the guard. No guests are allowed to stay over night if not registered formally with administration.

This has to be done to keep our resort perfectly secured. No exceptions

 

 

All Ocean Dream Properties Prices include all taxes service fee and also include electricity, hot water, cable TV, safe-box, parking, all utilities, A/C with no extra cost 24/7, wifi internet and etc... 24 Hour power with back-up generator
